The 24 Movement Short Form is a great addition to your current Tai Chi Practice.
If you are just starting out this form gives you a formal sequence of postures to practice daily. If you are an experienced Tai Chi Player then this forms gives you something to practice when you don't have the time to go through the complete Long Form.
The Short Form should take between 7 and 12 minutes to go through. For a longer workout you can repeat this short form several times for a great workout just don't forget to properly warm up before practice.
